Where are you located?
Analog Forest is spread out across the country, using the tools of technology to work remotely from where we are happy to call home. Our design studio and shipping is housed in a small office in Pittsburgh, PA. Contact us if you're in the neighborhood and would like to stop in to see the latest, get pointers on your own design, or just grab a refreshing beverage after work.
What if my clothing does not fit?
If your clothing doesn't fit, don't fret. We can work with you to re-order the appropriate size and exchange your otherwise new and unworn garment for the correct size. Trying on your new clothing is fine, sweat out a century or marathon in it and it is all yours no matter what.
In some cases the design your first ordered may no longer be available in which case we will offer Analog Forest credit or a full refund (less shipping + handling).
When do your orders ship?
All of our products are made to order – we want to offer you a unique product that speaks to your individual style. You won't find a stash of your favorite jerseys on the closeout rack down the road.
Expect it to take up to six weeks for your Analog Forest garment to arrive for your next adventure.
Where are your garments produced?
We strongly believe in fair working conditions for workers and keeping an eye on environmental sustainability.
Our clothing is manufactured in a carefully selected, state of the art garment factory in central Europe. Two decades of technical garment experience allow us to offer top quality, made-to-order clothing featuring art you want to wear.
How do you ship your goods?
Goods are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail from Pittsburgh, PA. Trackable and insured, look for a shipping confirmation and tracking number in your email box once your made to order garment is on the way.
Shipping and handling is a flat rate no matter the order size: $10 for the USA, $25 everywhere else.
